Back on the Rails...

Yes, I'm making models again. I've been tempted out of my early retirement by a very nice gentleman who wants a slightly different version of one of my previous projects. It's for a 4mm layout, and I made a start on it last week. I'll not say too much at the moment, as it's early days, but I will post some photos when things are beginning to gel into something recognisable.

In the meantime, here are a couple of photos taken on my father-in-law's Watlington layout. The old warhorse is 83 now and shows little sign of slowing down. Recently he's been making some 2mm sailing ships and a 4mm scale model of Stokesay castle, which I will feature here soon.
